Emily and Maddie’s Capulet New Orleans Wedding
As healthcare workers on the front lines of the pandemic, Emily and Maddie have been taking care of the New Orleans community. Their wedding was an opportunity for their community of friends and family to celebrate them, and the event really reflected their values as a couple.
They put thought into every detail, including the incredible ceremony backdrop that Emily built herself! The pops of color looked absolutely stunning in the golden light of the sunset. In a moment of pure New Orleans magic, some church bells rang and a trumpet sounded on the street below during the ceremony.
Perhaps the biggest surprise of the night was when Maddie’s person of honor sent a recording of her speech since she was unable to attend. The speech, like all the others that night, reflected what caring and fun people Maddie and Emily are.
